SUPPER STARS Cooks Up Delicious Summer with Reactivation of Private Chef Services

SUPPER STARS has turned up the heat on summer with the confirmation that its private chef services are available once again as Great Britain continues to see lockdown measures eased.

During the shutdown, the private chef service launched a range of innovative digital services to help home cooks enjoy tasty and nutritious meals at home, including home delivery and online workshops. While those services will continue, the SUPPER STARS brigade of talented professionals will once again be bringing their international flavours and restaurant-style menus to kitchens, gardens and BBQ parties nationwide.

For those longing for seasonal flavours, chef Holly Sugars’ Summer’s Night menu features beef carpaccio bites with rocket, parmesan, pine nuts and truffle oil, seared scallops with salsa verde and tomato concasse, Greek lamb and tiger prawns.

The tastes of Spain are on offer with chef Daniel Salvador’s Paella menu and a stunning main of roasted lamb paella and caramelised peaches.

Perfect for a long, summer lunch, chef Adam Broderick’s Sea menu heroes the freshest ocean flavours, including seared scallops with pea purée and pancetta crisp, king prawns in a garlic, white wine and butter sauce and pan roasted salmon with seasonal vegetables and cheddar sauce.

The utterly decadent Surf and Turf by chef Fábio Regalado brings fine dining to summer’s special occasions with a starter of oyster served with soy mignonette, followed by lobster and fillet mignon, celery purée and coriander sprouts. Chef Regalado’s menu is completed with the classic summer desert, baked Alaska.
