The partnership will see EG’s extensive data integrated seamlessly into Searchland’s web-based platform, meaning users will no longer have to switch between apps to conduct commercial property due diligence processes.
Users will now have direct access to up-to-date commercial sales and lettings listings – with the ability to view available properties and completed deals directly in the Searchland ecosystem.

In addition, Searchland and EG have also brought commercial lettings data to the land-souring platform – providing instant access to rich on-market lettings listings and completed historical deals. This data includes associated leases, and detailed landlord, tenant and agent information.
As usual, the team at Searchland have wrapped up this incredible data in its user-friendly and accessible interface -transforming this complex commercial data into an easily searchable format, featuring powerful filters and dynamic data visualisations throughout.
