incspaces Announces New Work Lifestyle Concept For Work From Near Home Market In 2021
incspaces, a leading space as a service operator, will launch a dedicated new offering for the Work From Near Home (WFNH) market in 2021 after debuting plans to open convenient, inspirational destination places across the UK. The new spaces will tap into the increasing need for office and co-working spaces to offer added value with food and beverage, leisure and well being services.
With major companies such as Standard Chartered bank offering their 85,000 staff flexible working measures and companies like Amazon, Slack, Infosys and the NatWest Group following such principles; incspaces see the future workforce being more flexible and transient than ever before.
Accordingly, incspaces announced today that it has secured an exclusive agreement with Dan Shaw Consultancy and Perman Design to create and design a number of WFNH destinations across the UK.
incspaces new concept will launch in a number of key locations in 2021, with cities such as Newcastle, Watford, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Essex, Reading, Bristol and Manchester all under consideration. It will also look towards undervalued, under pressure high street locations to breathe life into them as WFNH spaces.
incspaces CEO Jack Mason said, “This is a formation of a great partnership between like minded people and companies. In Dan Shaw, we have aligned with a 30-year retail experienced director who brings to us great knowledge and retail negotiation skills. Similarly, the partnership with Ben Perman and his leading design business aligns us with a design and concept-led company that can meet our aspirations for delivering both retail and commercial office space in unique locations of high footfall and in doing so, create something special for the end user.”
Dan Shaw, a former board retail director joins with a wealth of experience from his time spent with Gant, Tommy Hilfiger, Godiva, Moulton Brown, Jones Bootmaker and most recently heading up Retail Innovation at intu shopping centres. Shaw said, “The landscape of commercial and retail real estate is somewhat merging and will allow for the creation of some truly exciting opportunities which bring together office, retail, F&B, leisure. Even in some instances scope as well for residential living. Dan Shaw consultancy is excited to be leading on this project exclusively for incspaces.”
Ben Perman, founder of Perman Design, has delivered award-winning mixed use, retail, hospitality and leisure projects across the globe. Perman adds, “My first few meetings with the incspaces team quickly demonstrated to me that the company want to create a work lifestyle experience that creates destination places that are inspirational and inclusive. Perman Design shares that same vision and we are excited to create these transformational schemes.”
