Professional certification in social media
Dakota Digital’s managing director is officially a social media graduate after passing the Institute of Direct Marketing’s Social Media certificate qualification with flying colours. She obtained a 92% pass in her final exam, leading to graduate status.
The iDM qualification formalises practitioner expertise in planning, creating and implementing compelling social media campaigns. Studied over a three month period with a mix of live lessons, interactive learning and independent study, the IDM Professional Certificate in Social Media consists of 12 modules, written by practitioner experts and covers the latest social media techniques, tools and strategies.The Certificate is a level 5 qualification (QCF equivalent).
Holders of the IDM Professional Certificate in Social Media have the ability and the know-how to create a robust business case for investment, and to set up the necessary organisational structures to confidently direct, manage and implement social media marketing strategies that deliver measurable ROI. The Certificate confirms practioner capability to create, supervise and execute compelling social media activity.
