The SVLK (Sistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu) certification, established by the Indonesian government, guarantees that the teak used by Ottena is not only legal, but sustainably harvested. The certification system ensures that timber is sourced from forests that meet rigorous environmental and social standards, protecting biodiversity and supporting local communities.

In addition to their commitment to sustainable sourcing, Ottena has launched a new green initiative through Tree Nation, pledging to plant a tree for every customer. To date, the company has planted over 1,500 trees. This contribution to global reforestation efforts will keep growing with each customer and will help offset their environmental footprint.
